As Project Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with our Project Managers and act as the main point of contact for customers—clarifying requirements, managing project details, and keeping everything moving. You’ll also help organize the workload and support the broader team. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong on customer service? This is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
• Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
• Review and validate job site documentation
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• Xactimate Estimating Experience is Preferred
• Mitigation/Insurance Industry Experience is Preferred
• Construction Industry Experience is Preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Suite Experience is Preferred
• Advanced Structure Industry Experience is Preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• At least 2 year of office-related experience
• Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
