What you will be working on

Own the outcome. As Project Coordinator in our Services team, you'll make sure IT projects land on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will:

• Deliver client-facing and internal projects end to end, from infrastructure deployments to cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives and service transitions
• Get stuff done by coordinating engineers, vendors and client stakeholders so work keeps moving
• Manage project RAID, reporting and financials, with clear measures of progress against targets, goals and budgets
• Communicate openly and regularly with key stakeholders, in line with our Project Delivery Process
• Win together by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping the team meet its goals
• Think boldly by finding ways to improve how we deliver, and by making the most of opportunities with customers and vendors
• Work in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards

You communicate with influence and build productive relationships at every level, from directors to customers and vendors. You're driven, you act with integrity, and you stay organised when juggling competing demands. People enjoy working with you because you listen, keep them informed, and follow through.

Essential criteria

• Experience coordinating and delivering multiple projects in a project coordinator or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including detailed reporting
• Excellent time management, organisation and planning
• Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors
• Ability to drive and motivate a project team
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets

Desirable criteria

• Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment
• An IT-related qualification, or equivalent practical experience
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (or interest in working towards these)
