We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects and drive successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Experience with SAP environments is a plus but not required

Responsibilities/Processes:

• Manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate activities across business, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communications to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage project scope and escalate changes to the PMO team while maintaining delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with leadership, business partners, vendors, and technical teams to remove obstacles and drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project execution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience leading business or technology projects.
• Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with Project management (PMI, Agile, Scrum or similar
• Knowledge of assembly processes, operational and process validation
• PMP Certified or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• SAP experience desired not required
