Are you someone who can:

  • Provide end-to-end project coordination and administrative support across multiple projects and programmes.
  • Support Project Managers, Programme Managers and PMO teams in delivering project objectives and milestones.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums and stakeholder engagements.
  • Arrange travel, venue bookings, diary management and logistical requirements for project-related activities.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, project status reports, meeting packs and governance documentation.
  • Capture accurate meeting minutes and track actions through to completion.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all project artefacts are stored and managed in accordance with governance requirements and project taxonomy standards within Confluence.
  • Monitor and maintain project risk, issue, decision and change registers.
  • Assist with governance assurance activities and ensure compliance with the Business Delivery Lifecycle (BDLC) framework and minimum control requirements.
  • Support audit activities and assist with audit exception reporting.
  • Track project progress and update project management systems with accurate information.
  • Coordinate project financial information and support project cost tracking and reporting activities.
  • Review project deliverables and documentation to ensure adherence to quality and governance standards.
  • Assist with process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Deliver exceptional service through adherence to service excellence standards.
  • Proactively manage own work, prioritise deliverables and take ownership of outcomes.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12) - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Systems or a related field. - Preferred

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Support or similar role.
  • Experience working in a structured project or PMO environment.
  • Experience supporting governance, reporting and project administration functions.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project activities simultaneously.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of project governance frameworks and PMO support practices.
  • Experience maintaining project registers including risks, issues, decisions and changes.
  • Strong reporting, presentation and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and governance standards.
  • Knowledge of project financial administration and reporting principles.
