Client Communication

  • Provide clients with factual status updates regarding testing and laboratory processing stages, following established procedures.
  • Make regular outbound calls and emails to active, past, and dormant client accounts.
  • Re-engage inactive client relationships and follow up on open quotes, proposals, and potential testing needs.
  • Identify potential new opportunities and communicate them to laboratory or management staff for scoping and authorization.

Workflow & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate daily workflow handoffs between departments to support efficient turnaround times.
  • Support scheduling priorities to keep laboratory production on track.
  • Identify and document scheduling or workflow issues that could affect testing or reporting and communicate solutions internally.
  • Coordinate information between clients, laboratory personnel, and internal staff as needed.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Assist with preparation and release of laboratory reports.
  • Prepare, review, and organize project documentation.
  • Enter, review, and reconcile data in the ERP and LIMS systems.
  • Support QA/QC documentation, accreditation compliance, and traceability of client deliverables.
  • Verify consistency between reports, project documentation, and laboratory records.

  • Full-time position.
  • Participation in a rotating Saturday schedule is required approximately once every 4–6 weeks (2–4 hours reviewing and distributing laboratory results).
