Project Coordinator This is a contract engagement with an hourly rate range of $25/hr to $40/hr. Job Specs Coordinate day-to-day project delivery activities by maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings and follow-ups, tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, and supporting project reporting and governance. You’ll also assist with project intake, delivery metrics, financial administration, and ongoing improvements to project tools, processes, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. Your skillset Experience supporting project delivery, business operations, administration, or coordination, with knowledge of project lifecycles, governance, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and action management. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, along with experience using Jira or Azure DevOps. Experience maintaining structured project documentation, repositories, records, status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics with an emphasis on accuracy, version control, and audit controls. Post-secondary education in business administration, project management, information systems, or a related discipline.
