Are you passionate about creating work environments that help people do their best work? As a Project Coordinator on AMA’s Properties team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our facilities remain functional, efficient, and welcoming for employees, members, and customers. You'll be responsible for coordinating furniture initiatives, supporting facility-related projects, and managing day-to-day work requests that keep AMA's workplaces running smoothly.
This role combines project coordination, relationship management, space planning, and operational support. Working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and the Facilities team, you'll help bring workplace projects to life while ensuring service requests are completed efficiently and effectively.
You'll be part planner, part problem-solver, and part coordinator, helping create environments that support the people who deliver exceptional service to AMA members every day.
