The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and following up on the day-to-day activities of the Due Diligence team, ensuring that cases and deliverables are properly managed and completed within established deadlines.

You will work closely with Analysts, providing support with the daily management of cases, addressing operational questions, and escalating issues when necessary.

You will also monitor the team's progress, keep case information and tracking tools up to date, and report any deviations, issues, or situations that may impact the project's objectives to the Project Manager.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Coordinate and follow up on the daily activities of the Due Diligence Analysts.
• Assign and/or distribute cases according to project priorities and workload requirements.
• Monitor case progress and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
• Provide support to Analysts regarding questions or difficulties related to process execution.
• Identify operational issues or deviations and escalate them to the Project Manager or the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Ensure that cases are managed according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Perform basic quality checks on the information and documentation processed by the team.
• Keep trackers, systems, and other tools used for case management and follow-up up to date.
• Prepare progress reports on team performance, pending cases, issues, and deadline compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the resolution of questions or requirements related to specific cases.
• Follow up on pending items and ensure they are resolved within the established timelines.
• Support the Project Manager with the operational management of the project and the preparation of information for reporting purposes.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or completed coursework in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in similar roles
• Previous experience coordinating activities or providing support to work teams is preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong digital skills and ability to quickly learn and use new systems and tools.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Teamwork.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
