Job Description
The Project Coordinator (TEMP) supports Commercial Operations by maintaining customer and account data, coordinating new account setup and eCommerce onboarding, assisting with order processing activities, and facilitating cross-functional communication. This role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, IT, Logistics, and eCommerce teams to ensure accurate data, efficient onboarding, and timely execution of commercial processes. Assignment duration: 6-12 months.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Data Integrity & Account Management
• Maintain and validate customer, distributor, account, bill-to, ship-to, and contact master data.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies by partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Support data quality, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain account setup documentation, tracking logs, and status updates.
• Follow established approval and escalation procedures for master data changes.
New Account Setup & eCommerce Onboarding
• Coordinate customer and distributor account creation, ensuring required documentation and approvals are completed.
• Support eCommerce onboarding activities, including customer setup, access requests, testing coordination, and readiness tracking.
• Serve as a point of contact for onboarding inquiries, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely customer onboarding.
Order Processing Support
• Assist with order entry, updates, documentation review, and transaction follow-up.
• Review orders for completeness and route issues for resolution as needed.
• Communicate order status and outstanding requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Support the resolution of order holds and customer setup dependencies.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement
• Act as a liaison among Commercial Operations and key business functions to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
• Track open items, coordinate follow-up activities, and provide timely status updates.
• Escalate delays or issues through established channels.
• Support process improvement, reporting, system enhancement, and data quality initiatives.
• Promote accuracy, accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Associate degree with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, sales operations, customer service, data administration, order management, or a related business function preferred.
• Experience with customer onboarding, account setup, master data maintenance, or eCommerce operations preferred.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, workflow, ticketing, or eCommerce systems preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activities, and follow through on open items.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer setup, master data management, onboarding, or order management processes preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Salesforce, D365, Visual, or similar systems preferred.
• Customer-focused approach with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
