The ER&R/1095-A project is seeking an outgoing, organized, eager, and proactive individual to fill a remote Project Coordinator role within the project PMG team. The candidate will assist the PMs with organizing and controlling project activities. The Project Coordinator role is a non-supervisory role but will be responsible for leading and coordinating members of the project team to accomplish assigned tasks and project deliverables in a timely manner. Support will often be provided in the form of collecting and documenting status updates of project schedule tasks and actions, maintaining files or tools which track appropriate project information or performance data, preparing or revising reports and presentations, and maintaining an organized repository of project information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and timely delivery of all project outputs, including deliverables, schedules, status reports, project plans, and other required documentation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed and accurate meeting minutes, document action items, and distribute relevant materials to internal teams and clients following each meeting.
  • Coordinate data collection activities across teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inputs used for reports, metrics, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, other project coordinators, and cross‑functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project lifecycle receive the necessary administrative and operational support.
  • Monitor the status of deliverables, milestones, and team assignments; identify potential delays or risks early; and communicate priority items to stakeholders and escalate issues promptly to the Project Manager.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating project management tools and sites, including the risk register, action log, issue log, deliverables log, lessons learned log, and process improvement log.
  • Assist the Project Manager with monitoring emerging issues, dependencies, or workload constraints and escalate them to the Project Manager and PMG Manager to support timely resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, tailoring information to the appropriate audience and maintaining a high level of organization in all work products.
  • Apply close attention to detail, effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks, and maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Develop a working knowledge of project management methodologies, contractual requirements, and compliance obligations to support consistent project execution.
  • Build subject-matter familiarity with the ER&R/1095-A project, associated operational workflows, and applicable CMS policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, refine processes, and support continuous improvement across project activities.

Required minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 1 additional year of relevant experience.
