Leidos’ Undersea Systems Division is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have strong logistics, procurement, and administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager (PM), Deputy Project Manager (DPM), and the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Teams supporting the Spindrift and Sculpin contracts. This position will coordinate personnel onboarding and offboarding, security and badging requirements, procurement & logistic activities, travel support, vendor management, and other administrative functions necessary to successfully execute the contracts.
The successful candidate will be an energetic, resilient, and solutions-oriented team player who can build strong working relationships across internal departments, government customers, project leadership, and external suppliers. The ability to identify issues, communicate effectively, and develop practical solutions is essential to the success of this position.

This position will require the candidate to maintain a Secret Clearance.
This position will require the candidate to work an onsite 9/80B schedule (80 hours of work into nine days over a two-week period, allowing for every other Friday off) to align with the NIWC government team.

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
