Working as part of our Business Support Team, you will be providing valued support and insights to both our front-line teams and to our customer. As a Project Coordinator reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be at the heart of navigating technical and functional support needs to ensure that our program provides consistent, efficient, and reliable services to our customer.
Working in partnership with team leaders and peers you will gain insights into the capabilities needed to deliver a successful Defence sustainment program and grow your experience and skills accordingly. Opportunities exist to explore and grow your capabilities in providing functional support to program operations.
As our ideal candidate you are proactive, willing to learn and have a friendly and professional demeanour with a focus on efficiency. You thrive in an environment where you can manage priority tasking while getting through day-to-day activities and constructively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are equally comfortable with routine administration tasks as you are with more involved work, for example preparing and analysing metrics, working with data, and finding practical ways for our teams to excel.
