What you’ll be working on

At CIMCO, you’ll be part of a team delivering mechanical construction projects focused on industrial and recreational refrigeration systems across Atlantic Canada.

This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with field teams, customers, and in-house engineering to move projects from kickoff through to completion.

What you’ll own

• Coordination and execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish, delivering safely, on time, and on budget
• Project scheduling, planning, and quality control alongside the project team
• Day-to-day coordination of labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Review of drawings and specifications to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
• Supporting client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Tracking costs, progress billing, forecasting, and subcontract administration
• Maintaining a strong safety and quality mindset on all projects

What we’re looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical or refrigeration-related construction projects
• Background in engineering, CET, PMP, or construction management is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Safety-focused with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Working knowledge of MS Project or similar tools
• Experience working with unionized trades is an asset
