SCOPE: The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating heavily process-oriented projects, as well as smaller projects as needed. This position will support the Director of Project Management in managing and integrating systems, and tracking projects for the Marketing and Communications group.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain and support the Quarterly Language Report process and project board.
  • Maintain and support the Scripture Insert process and project board.
  • Project manage smaller projects such as, but not limited to, the Quarterly CEO Update video, Year End Tax Letter, Marketing initiatives, and, if needed, Internal Communications.
  • Maintain the FundraiseUp portal. Troubleshoot issues, work with the Salesforce team on any integration issues, and create and maintain campaign page requests.
  • Project manage new project requests as they are initiated, holding discovery meetings, working with the Director of Project Management for resourcing, and seeing the project to completion.
  • Consistently review processes and new releases of systems to determine efficiencies in workflow.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • No supervision requirements.

OTHER DUTIES:

  • Attend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups as directed and maintain the required level of knowledge pertaining to operating procedures, requirements, processes, and policies.
  • Lead and participate in projects or task force groups that focus on issues with an organization-wide impact.
  • Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment or in a remote capacity within a highly collaborative, synergistic, high-paced team.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Occasional exertion up to 10 pounds, lifting a box of paper, moving chairs, tables, and sliding doors.

TRAVEL

Domestic travel is expected, including but not limited to group and THRIVE meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior; God-honoring lifestyle.
  • Passion for the Word of God and provision of the Word for every people group.
  • Championing Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Requires 1-3 years of experience in project management, logistical coordination, or related field.
  • Background in project or product management, with strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
  • Creative problem-solver who organizes systems and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to turn strategic direction into clear, actionable content.
  • Willingness to support team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Self-directed, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Drive, Monday.com (or other PM tools), Salesforce, Canva, and Bynder.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
