Job Category: FacilitiesJOB SUMMARY:  The Project Coordinator primary responsibilities include assisting the Sr. Project Manager/Director of Finance with the coordination of Capital improvement projects for the RSCVA.  The Project Coordinator will assist in record retention and management of documentation related to multiple Capital projects such as bids, contracts, blueprints, permits, and scheduling of project related appointments.  Ensure that documentation is maintained that capital improvements are conducted in accordance with best practices, and local, state and federal guidelines. - Enrolled and in the process of completing a bachelor’s degree in courses related to engineering, architecture, architectural design.
- Familiar with fundamentals of project management, may assist in renovation phases.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to coordinate documentation on numerous Capital projects.
- Basic knowledge of architectural building systems.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English both verbally and in writing.
