About the opportunity:
The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by synchronizing team members, maintaining budgets, managing schedules, and facilitating clear communication across stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans according to available resources.
• Collect and archive final documentation.
• Work with client representatives to coordinate installation activities in the least intrusive manner to minimize disruption of ongoing business activities.
• Manage vendor activities and provide the client with daily updates on progress and issues.
• Back up contact for clients when the Project Manager is not readily available. Ensure communication with the client is accurately relayed to the appropriate Christie resource.

• Ensure the successful development of Christie’s relationship with the client.
• Ensure all processes and procedures are in accordance with Christie’s and the client’s requirements.
• Keep track of the expenses that will need to be invoiced back to the project
• Code and approve vendor invoices in Image No
• Run open case reports for the Project Manager to have visibility of projects
Location: Hybrid position in Cypress, California

The experience and skills we value:
• This individual works with considerable independence and is expected to be pro-active using strategic thinking and sound judgment to accomplish their duties.
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 4-6 years experience
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools
What will put you ahead:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Mid-Advanced level of excel)
• Strong organizational planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Osha 10 Certification
• Linkedin Classes specific to Project coordination.
