Are you an organized and proactive coordinator looking to support project execution in a dynamic technical environment? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project teams, workshops, warehouses, and customers to ensure efficient planning, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of project activities.
You will play a key role in coordinating project-related activities, maintaining equipment and inventory flow, and ensuring communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project planning activities across assigned projects
• Ensure effective communication between project teams, workshops, and warehouses to support on-time delivery
• Monitor project progress and communicate risks, opportunities, and status updates to relevant stakeholders
• Create and maintain project-related orders and documentation in relevant systems
• Coordinate service orders and communicate schedule changes according to customer requirements
• Follow up deviations reported by workshop personnel and ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Manage the flow of spare parts, equipment, and tooling throughout project execution
• Perform availability checks and monitor the status and location of equipment and materials
• Coordinate customer-provided items and rental equipment in line with project requirements
• Maintain equipment records and ensure accurate documentation of serial numbers and equipment changes
• Coordinate shipment documentation and logistics for equipment, spare parts, and consumables
• Support inventory accuracy and equipment tracking activities
• Coordinate equipment returns and project close-out activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
• Participate in customer handovers and site receipt activities when required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, logistics, administration, or related roles
• Experience working with project planning and coordination activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience with documentation handling and administrative processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Fluent in English
