Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the Project Manager’s strategic plan by translating it into actionable short- and mid-term activities and coordinating daily operations across Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality
• Act as deputy to the Project Manager, independently leading the project when required and driving accountability across all stakeholders
• Maintain alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring project timing, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies meet agreed targets and customer expectations
• Track progress through milestones, actions, dependencies, and critical paths, ensuring transparency and timely follow-up
• Identify, monitor, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and issues, escalating critical items when necessary
• Lead cross-functional communication by organizing meetings, escalation reviews, and ensuring effective information flow between teams, management, suppliers, and customers
• Own project change management, including coordination of approvals, implementation, and documentation updates in line with company processes
• Ensure adherence to project management, quality, and documentation standards, maintaining full traceability and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Support governance activities, including Q-Gate preparation and continuous updates to the Project Management Plan (PMP)
• Drive launch readiness and execution by ensuring manufacturing readiness, material availability, and quality status, and by supporting SOP, stabilization, and issue resolution

Requirements

• Strong project management experience, preferably within automotive vehicle projects
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
