Zero Fire is the largest installer of commercial and residential fire protection systems in the Waikato, delivering end-to-end fire protection solutions from design through to installation, commissioning, and certification. Zero Fire is growing, and we’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Project Coordinator to help drive the successful delivery of our alarm installation projects.
This is a pivotal role within the business, you will be the ‘rock’ for the project team, overseeing all project administration from tender acceptance through to commissioning, certification, and handover. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, clients, and suppliers, ensuring projects stay organised, on track, and professionally delivered. You’ll also coordinate the wider administration workflow, allocating and monitoring tasks to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and is confident being the go-to person who keeps things moving. You’re organised, energetic, and people-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining structure, accountability, and follow-through.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience in project coordination, construction, trades, or technical administration, along with strong MS Office skills. Exposure to Aconex, Procore, or Ineight would be an advantage.
