WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope, while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and performance reports.
• Track progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, document updates, and ensure clear communication across departments.
• Support cross-functional collaboration, promoting efficiency and accountability.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and project management frameworks.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Proven experience in project coordination or management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Experience in technology or logistics sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management frameworks. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
