Be part of a dynamic team that makes a difference

This is more than just a job. This is a fantastic opportunity to support, and give back to, your local community.

We currently have an opportunity to join our Transformation Team as a Project Co-ordinator

Your role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering change across the organisation. Supporting a range of improvement projects, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly, from planning and tracking progress to keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

You’ll coordinate activities, maintain project documentation, analyse data, and monitor risks and milestones, helping project leads stay on track and deliver results. You’ll also take ownership of smaller projects, managing them from start to finish with support where needed.

Working at the heart of transformation, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, partners and system suppliers, contributing to the delivery of new processes, systems and ways of working that improve services.

What you will need

You’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities, with experience supporting projects, operations, or administrative activity. You’ll communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, bring a strong eye for detail, and be confident using IT systems to track progress and performance.

Do you have the skills, experience, or potential to succeed in this role? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
