The Project Coordinator plays an important supporting role in helping client marketing programs move smoothly from kickoff through final delivery. Working closely with Account Executives, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, you'll assist with day-to-day project coordination, keeping timelines on track, teams aligned, and work moving efficiently through the agency. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on exposure to all facets of agency operations, including Account Service, creative, strategy, production, and operations. We're looking for someone who is curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to grow a career in project management and agency life. In addition to supporting client work, this role may also contribute to internal agency initiatives, special projects, and FARM's own marketing and social media efforts.

At FARM, we believe creativity should work as hard as the brands we build. We focus on the ideas that drive growth, solve real business problems, and deliver measurable results. Strategy, creativity, and execution are tightly connected here, and accountability matters at every step.
You’ll work alongside smart, motivated people who care deeply about the quality of the work and the outcomes it delivers. We value clear thinking, strong partnerships, and a collaborative approach to solving problems.

Because in case you’re wondering …
There’s nothing you can hit us with that we haven’t handled before.
Maybe you don’t know the most persuasive triggers that make people buy. Perhaps you’re losing sleep over a chorus of competitive noise. Or, you could be tired of some misguided agency treating your brand like an art project instead of a business that runs on money.
Whatever your trouble, you’re one call away from putting it on a barge headed for the South Pacific. (Unless that’s a market you’re looking to crack. Because we can always make other arrangements.)
So, get in touch now before the next distraction creeps in. Then, let’s lace up our boots and get after it.
