Job Description

At Objective, we create software that makes a difference. Our solutions help government and regulated industries work smarter, faster and more securely, enabling stronger communities and nations.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Consulting Services team in Sydney and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of enterprise software projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their project delivery career who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants exposure to complex customer projects and experienced project leaders.

What you will be doing

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Consulting teams to help keep projects running smoothly and on track. From coordinating meetings and managing project documentation to tracking budgets, schedules and reporting, you’ll be at the centre of delivery operations.

You’ll also:

  • Support the planning and coordination of software implementation projects.
  • Monitor project schedules, actions, risks and deadlines.
  • Assist with project reporting, financial tracking and resource coordination.
  • Manage project documentation and change requests.
  • Provide reporting insights to Consulting Services leadership.
  • Help drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
  • Manage smaller projects independently as your experience grows.

What you’ll bring

  • Recent experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Exposure to software delivery, SaaS or technology projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools will be highly regarded.
  • Why join Objective?

At Objective, you’ll be surrounded by supportive teams, meaningful work and opportunities to grow your career. We’re proud of our collaborative culture and the impact our technology has on governments and communities across Australia and beyond.

    We offer:

    • Hybrid and flexible working
    • Learning and development opportunities.
    • A collaborative and supportive team environment.
    • Meaningful work with real community impact.

If you do not tick every box, do not let that stop you. We value potential, learning agility, coachability and diverse perspectives just as much as experience, and we encourage you to apply.
At Objective, we recognise and celebrate our diverse team as pivotal to our strong employee engagement and our high-performing culture, underpinned by Our Values
