Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate inspectors’ qualifications and ensure timely registration within company systems.
  • Ensure inspectors are fully briefed prior to assignments and adhere to client-specific procedures and instructions.
  • Review inspection reports to verify compliance with required procedures before submission to clients.
  • Interpret and apply contractual terms and conditions to support project execution and compliance.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between clients and inspectors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Monitor inspectors’ schedules, activities, and performance, and maintain accurate documentation for assigned projects.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for assigned projects, highlighting key variances and risks.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Finance and Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review, process, and track purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and tax documentation.
  • Handle financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and receiving activities.
  • Prepare and process payments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Support month-end closing activities and prepare summary financial reports.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience aligned with the role’s responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required.
  • Strong interpersonal presence with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
