As the Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in taking ownership of the end-to-end coordination and successful execution of complex projects. You’ll drive timelines, manage resources, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. You’ll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everything moving smoothly while providing clear, timely reporting on work-in-progress and completed installations.
What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, contractual, subcontractor, and financial requirements
Manage project administration, including purchase orders, invoices, variations, job creation, and financial system updates
Coordinate communication between clients, Project Manager, office teams, subcontractors, and installation teams to support smooth project delivery
Monitor project progress from start to completion, reporting status, managing scope changes, timelines, costs, and resolving issues as they arise
Assist with procurement, resource coordination, reporting, and preparation of key project documentation, including Health & Safety and O&M manuals
What You’ll Bring
Experience supporting or delivering commercial projects, with strong capability in managing project documentation and coordination
Proficiency in project systems and Microsoft Office, along with effective time management and prioritisation
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly in maintaining project records, reporting, and related documentation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive, collaborative working relationships across teams and stakeholders
Background in security, technical experience, or service/project coordination roles will be highly regarded
