Assist in planning and executing business development projects from initiation to completion
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing)
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Ensure timely reporting of project updates to management
Support process improvement initiatives within project workflows
People
Promote collaboration and teamwork across project teams
Develop understanding of business development strategies and tools
Enhance personal skills in project coordination, communication, and analysis
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Emirati National
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of business development strategies is an advantage
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
