Are you our new Project Coordinator?

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic teams at Nmbrs. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling smooth collaboration across squads and ensuring that internal initiatives and projects are delivered efficiently. You will help teams stay aligned, organized, and focused in a fast-moving, flat organization where ownership and initiative are highly valued.

You will work on a wide variety of projects ranging from short operational initiatives to longer strategic efforts, supporting cross-functional collaboration rather than acting as a traditional top-down project manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across multiple squads and stakeholders

  • Support the planning, setup, and execution of internal projects and initiatives

  • Organize and run project kick-offs, follow-ups, and status meetings

  • Ensure clear documentation and visibility of project progress

  • Help teams stay aligned on timelines, deliverables, and priorities

  • Proactively chase updates and remove blockers where needed

  • Work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms

  • Act as a connector across teams in a flat and informal organization

Current & upcoming focus areas:

  • Coordinating cross-functional partnerships with other Visma companies - running alignment meetings, tracking action items, and supporting go-to-market planning

  • Driving company-wide rollouts such as security, authentication, and device management transitions, with phased communication plans and clear milestones

  • Facilitating strategic workshops that bring squads, leadership, and product teams together on market direction and priorities

  • Supporting large customer-impacting initiatives across technical, communication, and operational workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging stakeholders

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a focus on getting things done

  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

  • Background in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment within SaaS

  • Experience supporting cross-team or cross-functional initiatives

  • Fluency in Dutch

  • Basic understanding of Agile ways of working (without being methodology-driven)
