The Project Coordinator supports senior leadership by coordinating key initiatives, tracking project progress, and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently. This role serves as an organizational hub for executive-led projects, helping align teams, manage timelines, and maintain clear communication across departments. The position focuses on bringing structure, visibility, and follow-through to leadership initiatives so teams can execute effectively and strategic priorities stay on track.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a coordination point between departments involved in strategic initiatives.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and follow-up actions.
• Help ensure alignment and communication across stakeholders.
• Monitors project progress and proactively identify risks, barriers, and opportunities.
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables for executive-level initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action item tracking.
• Serves as a central point of coordination for complex initiatives involving multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain simple project trackers, dashboards, or status reports.
• Monitor initiative progress and flag risks or delays to leadership.
• Coordinates and support quarterly business leader report out meetings
• Assist in improving project coordination processes, tools, and workflows.
• Support the development of consistent project management practices across initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for leadership meetings.
• Assist in gathering updates and insights from teams to inform executive discussions.

Requirements:

• Four years of high-level administrative experience including experience coordinating events and/or projects
• Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service in an office environment
• Effective interpersonal skills to work with vendors, subject matter experts, business partners and customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to perform detailed work
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and external partners.
• Ability to work with confidential financial and operational information
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications
• Experience supporting executive teams or senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams or initiatives.
