As a Project Coordinator in Echt, Limburg you play a key role in optimizing processes and implementing new solutions.
In this role, you combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution. You work closely with operations, Account Management and the customer. You support in working out change requests and improvements and translate those into concrete project plans. You ensure projects and change requests are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while continuously improving performance. You work closely with our IT departments, focus on timelines and setting priorities, based on input from various stakeholders.

YOUR TASKS

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for initiating, managing and delivering improvement and implementation projects within our operations.
• Identify and initiate improvement projects in collaboration with the customer and operational teams
• Coordinate on setting priorities for the Business Support team and our IT departments for system incidents, testing and change requests;
• Analyze processes and translate findings into flowcharts and project plans
• Manage project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets and milestones are met
• Align with internal and external stakeholders and report progress to the Business Support Manager
• Present project outcomes and improvements to internal and external stakeholders
You will be part of a dedicated project and support team and work closely with IT, operational teams, the customer, engineering and management. You report directly to the Business Support Manager and act as a key link between strategy and execution.

• A gross monthly salary up to €4,722 based on 40 hours

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and enjoys coordinating, prioritizing and get our various stakeholders aligned and have a clear understanding on ‘the bigger picture’.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• 3+ years of experience within warehousing, 3PL or contract logistics
• Proven experience with process optimization and project management
• Experience with SAP / JIRA
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
