The Role
Based in our office in Bishops Cleeve, this role will support our project teams across the UK
Key job responsibilities include:
• Obtaining quotations and ensuring accuracy of quotes by liaising closely with the Project Management team
• Populating various trackers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail and providing weekly reports to relevant stakeholders
• Highlight, challenge and report when key milestones are hit, missed or delayed. Establishing reasons, mitigation and management processes
• Assist in the Production of KPI reports to measure performance
• Organise, coordinate, and minute key meetings
• Work in collaboration with design team and ensure all relevant changes are tracked and flagged in the appropriate manner
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams including answering queries and investigating and resolving issues
• Responsible for ensuring customers receive and complete site survey info ahead of project start
QualificationsEssential Skills & Experience
Candidates should also possess the following skills and experience.
• Previous experience in fast-paced organisation as an Administrator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong team player and collaborative ethos
• Highly organised, with an ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
• Customer focused and drive to deliver results
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft package
• High attention to detail
