Project Coordinator - Join our Crane & Hoist Team out of St. Paul, MN!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Project Coordinator for Total Tool’s Crane and Hoist division, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This position offers a clear path for long-term growth into a Project Manager role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Order all project-related components through the company system
  • Prepare quotes, sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders, and returns
  • Track and document project schedules, materials, and progress
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and project execution
  • Create and provide CAD drawings as needed
  • Process advances and progressive billing for invoicing
  • Perform other duties as assigned


PAY RANGE:
$28-$32 per hour, based on experience.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 1–2 years of project management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or PMI certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on project management experience)
  • Experience in construction and/or the industrial supply industry preferred
  • Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office Suite; ERP system experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn the Crane & Hoist industry and project management processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer job sites (company vehicle provided)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This is a primarily sedentary role, requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working at a computer terminal.
  • Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting are also required.
  • Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
  • Occasional exposure to typical warehouse environment and hazards.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
