The Opportunity:


We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee one of our key client sites and provide leadership across multiple project teams. You’ll play a key role in driving projects forward. Overseeing delivery, ensuring compliance, and guiding the performance of our project support team. This role is full time based in our Henderson office with a requirement to travel to site during turnarounds. These turnarounds can last weeks at a time. This work is scheduled in advance however dates are subject to change. The ideal person would need to be flexible and comfortable attending sites during these periods.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project administration across WA, NT, and offshore projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our key client sites.
  • Attend site during shutdowns to coordinate works and support client delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to Project Administrators.
  • Ensure project schedules, documentation, and reporting are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Drive compliance with QHSE standards and internal procedures.
  • Support procurement, cost tracking, and invoicing processes.
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain seamless project execution.

The ideal person will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior project administration or coordination role (ideally within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience leading or mentoring project support staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Navision experience a bonus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and willingness to travel to site during shutdowns.
