The Professional Services Team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and governance of customer implementation projects within our Professional Services organization and successful delivery of Basware software solutions and services for our global customers. This role supports Project Managers (PMs), Solution Consultants, Architects, and cross-functional teams in ensuring predictable delivery of B2B SaaS implementation projects.
You will play a critical role in project documentation, scheduling, reporting, risk tracking, customer communication, and operational support—contributing directly to our customers’ onboarding and value realization journey.
In this capacity, you will help maintain project health, streamline communication, and uphold delivery discipline aligned with our Professional Services methodology
