Job Description

The project involves the end-to-end planning, coordination, and rollout of system enhancements that will impact the full student lifecycle—from admissions through to enrollment and student services.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills to support these initiatives. The role holder will be actively involved in the planning and implementation of enrolment systems, working closely with cross-functional teams within the student journey space.

As Project Coordinator, you will support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring smooth execution from initial planning through to implementation, including change management activities such as user testing, training material development, and rollout support.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and submit various reports.
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of projects and programs.
  • Manage all short-term projects and ensure consistency is the same.
  • Generating reports as required, including tracking/monitoring projects for completeness.
  • Generate process implementation plans and timelines for projects to be released.
  • Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal systems.
  • Responsible to track project changes and produces updated schedules and/or reports.
  • Review project information and compile schedules and/or reports in a timely manner.
  • Be aware of all aspects of the scopes of work so proper assistance can be provided.
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive and high-quality administrative support services.
  • Be capable of short term coverage for the project in the event of the Line Managers absences.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in Project Coordination or relevant support role
  • Experience in Systems Implementation is highly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Work Arrangement

  • Work Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM weekends off (8AM BST)
  • Remote work with occasional visits in the office. Ideally, the candidate resides within Metro Manila or nearby provinces.
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is near Opus Mall, Tiendesitas, and IPI Pasig. Area is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
