About the Role


SERVPRO Team Davis is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Job File Coordinator to support our fast-paced restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing job files from initial lead conversion through project completion and invoicing.

You’ll serve as a critical link between our production team, office staff, and customers—ensuring every job is properly documented, compliant, and accurately billed. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming leads and manage job files from intake through completion and invoicing
  • Maintain and update the Work-in-Progress (WIP) board for all active jobs
  • Audit daily job file documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Review scopes of work, estimates, and supporting documentation to ensure all program requirements are met
  • Verify that all work performed is properly documented and invoiced
  • Collaborate closely with Production and Project Managers to ensure seamless job tracking
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to keep projects on track and organized
  • Assist other departments as needed to support overall operations

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative, or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Experience with estimating software (preferred but not required)

Work Environment & Physical Demands


This is a primarily sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Occasional lifting, filing, and movement around the office may be required.
