We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our office in Kochi Kerala.
About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects. You will:
Create and manage orders in our ERP system
Prepare and organize delivery documentation, including certificates and manuals
Coordinate and manage class certifications for our safety systems
Support project execution with accurate, timely administrative assistance
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and organized.
You have:
A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
1-2 years of relevant work experience post-qualification
Prior exposure to working with ERP systems (preferred)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
A passion for process accuracy and documentation excellence
