About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting project delivery across provisioning, sales quotes, and contract management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within scope.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project execution while contributing to meaningful outcomes for our clients and our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate small to medium-sized projects from planning to completion
• Support sales quote preparation and tracking
• Assist with provisioning and vendor coordination
• Manage documentation for contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Maintain project documentation and reporting
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
• Escalate risks and issues to the PMO Team Lead

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in project coordination or support roles (internships or entry-level welcome)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally exposure to Project Management tools.
• Experience with ConnectWise and/or in IT Consulting organisations would be advantageous
