The Opportunity

At UserTesting, we help organizations create experiences people love. Through our User Interviews business, we connect teams with the right participants so they can gather meaningful insights and make confident, customer-led decisions.

As a Project Coordinator I, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality participant recruitment for our customers’ research projects. You’ll manage projects from launch through completion—ensuring timelines are met, communication is clear, and participants are well matched to each study. Your work directly impacts the quality of insights our customers rely on to build better products and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • QA and launch recruitment for customer-submitted research projects

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery

  • Proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and recommendations to customers

  • Serve as a product expert, staying current on new features and platform enhancements

  • Respond to incoming customer communications with clarity, empathy, and efficiency

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide coverage when teammates are out of office

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that support team goals

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., account management, project coordination, customer support, or similar)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  • Startup experience, Zendesk experience, or experience managing high project volume is a plus
