We are hiring Project Coordinators in the
EST time zone

for a hybrid role, requiring 20 hours per week from the office. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of vFairs customers. You will be actively involved throughout the entire customer lifecycle starting from onboarding post-contract and continuing through the duration of their subscription.

You will own and manage

  • Customer onboarding experience

  • Create strong relationships with customers

  • Customer loyalty

  • Customer product adoption

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables

  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels

  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements

While there will be other team members who will work with you make sure that your client gets the best customer support ever - you are someone who would be flexible to work on weekends / public holidays as and when the work requires that.

  • Multi-tasker. We are looking for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.

  • Experience. 0 - 1 year experience in customer support, project management, or other client-relations roles.

  • Tech-aptitude. You should be tech-savvy. You should have had prior experience working with Google Apps for Work (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)

  • Written and Verbal Communication skills. We are looking for someone who has impeccable written and verbal communication skills. You can adapt your communication skills to the type of client you are working with.

  • Preferably a degree in CS or Software Engineering
