Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career, it’s an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.

About the role

Join our team as a Project Coordinator and help bring Phase 1 of our Asset Lifecycle Management Program to life. This important program will strengthen the way Lifeblood plans, acquires, operates, maintains and retires its assets, supporting our people and the communities we serve.

In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to keep the program moving. You will support project planning, prepare workshops, track risks and issues, develop clear and useful documentation, and help create key program deliverables. You will also play a big part in keeping our stakeholders connected, from Manufacturing and Logistics to ICT, Property, Maintenance and Finance, along with our external partners.

If you enjoy keeping projects organised, building strong relationships and supporting meaningful change, this role offers the chance to contribute to an important national initiative. This is a fixed term position through to June 2027.

Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project coordination, business administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting delivery of medium-to-large scale projects within a multi-disciplinary organisational environment.
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing project documentation, reports, meeting papers and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Experience working within a regulated or governance-heavy environment.

This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity until June 2027. It is a hybrid role rotating between WFH and one of our Processing Centres. Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working and we are open to conversations around what this means to you.
