We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join a client’s team that utilizes an AI-powered learning platform used by large, international organizations. The team focuses on onboarding new customers, supporting them through implementation, and making sure projects run smoothly from kick-off to go-live.
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with both internal experts and customer-side stakeholders, helping keep communication clear, timelines on track, and customers supported every step of the way. You’ll make sure customers have a smooth and positive experience by providing proactive, responsive support. You’ll be the central point of coordination, keeping projects organized and helping move things forward.
Support customers in using a learning software platform
Run 1:1 meetings, trainings, and troubleshooting sessions
Set up and manage project plans (templates provided)
Follow up on milestones, risks, and action items
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
Solve issues and coordinate next steps
Respond to customer requests via email
Log and follow up on bug reports
Collect and share product feedback
Strong communication and expectation management skills
Confidence in facilitating meetings
Excellent written English
2+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer support, or client-facing roles
Comfort working across a wide range of topics and stakeholders
Ability to work to deadlines and iterate quickly on feedback
