Project Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Act as the single point of ownership for the ProofHub system, administering system structure, projects, workflows, templates, user access, permissions, and data governance standards across the sector.
Monitor and review ProofHub data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of task statuses, progress updates, and documentation.
Cross-check system data against actual site progress, factory outputs, and physical records, and rectify or escalate discrepancies.
Conduct site, factory, and operational visits as required to physically verify progress and documentation accuracy.
Prepare and submit daily snapshots, weekly progress reports, and monthly consolidated dashboards highlighting progress, delays, risks, data inconsistencies, and compliance gaps.
Monitor user activity and ensure adherence to defined data entry standards; act as the final authority for data corrections and system compliance.
Conduct ProofHub onboarding and refresher training for new and existing users and develop user guidelines.
Enforce sector-wide ProofHub policies, audit trails, and data standards, and recommend system improvements to enhance reporting effectiveness.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the role as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile
Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
Minimum 1 years of experience at a construction Site
Knowledge on Microsoft Project Management and AutoCAD Softwares will be an added advantage
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple sites and deadlines.
