Job Description

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the fit-out and completion of a large-scale office environment (~24,000 m²) accommodating approximately 2,500 employees. You will ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate and monitor progress of finishing works from planning through to delivery
• 
  Manage contractors, installers, and external stakeholders on-site
• 
  Identify and resolve technical and structural issues in collaboration with the project team
• 
  Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met
• 
  Report on project progress, risks, and deviations to internal stakeholders

Work Environment

You will be part of a Facilities team focused on delivering an optimal workplace environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• 
  HBO level (Bachelor's) in construction, engineering, or a related field
• 
  3–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project management
• 
  Experience managing contractors and construction parties
• 
  Knowledge of construction processes, installation technology, and project phasing
• 
  Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to maintain oversight
• 
  Available 4 days per week and for the full project duration
