We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our Ecommerce team on a 12-month contract, supporting a range of exciting projects and initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on ecommerce experience while building a strong understanding of how a leading omnichannel retail business operates.

How You will Help Us Thrive:
Managing & following up incoming tickets through our internal ticket system
Providing key communications to stakeholders and fellow teams, with key updates on milestones, delays, issues and other relevant info regarding projects.
Coordinating testing sessions and assisting team with UAT testing for projects
Managing our Delivery & Returns portal (Aftership, Door Dash)
Providing additional support to Fulfillment Coordinator
