Hiring Salary Range: $89,000 - $133,500
Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level
PURPOSE: Provides planning, coordination, documentation, and process support for cross-functional growth initiatives, primarily Dairyland’s large-load interconnection process and related activities. Maintains schedules, meeting cadences, portfolio visibility, records, action items, and communication channels to help work move efficiently from intake through decision, handoff, or closure. This role supports process consistency and follow-through; functional departments retain technical ownership, resource decisions, approvals, and overall project-management accountability.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, analytics, public administration, engineering technology, project coordination, or related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience in project coordination, program administration, process coordination, business operations, or comparable cross-functional work. Experience coordinating complex processes, maintaining records, tracking concurrent priorities, facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and using CRM or project-tracking systems is required. Electric utility, energy, infrastructure, economic development, Dynamics 365/SalesHub, Power BI, process-improvement, or formal project-management exposure is preferred. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Licenses and Certifications: Project-coordination, process-improvement, data-analytics, change-management, or related certification is preferred.

Environmental Demands: Usually works indoors in a normal business environment. Periodic day travel throughout DPC’s service area, including project, property, member-cooperative, or meeting locations, may be required. Overnight travel may be required but is expected to be limited.
