ABOUT THE JOB:
The primary focus of this position is to bridge the gap between digital data management and physical production efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing Sales Project Coordinators (PCs), optimizing the ERP system (Titan), and developing advanced tracking and forecasting tools to ensure production remains lean and on schedule.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directly manage and mentor Sales Project Coordinators (PCs) to ensure departmental goals are met.
• Serve as a backup PC during peak summer months or for complex "Design-Build" projects
• Data & Systems Management (Titan) . Management of the Software Databases that supports the sales/production teams. Keeping updated on Software improvements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the ERP Database (Titan), ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
• Manage the creation and organization of New Product IDs.
• Drive continuous improvement on Stack Sheets and general database information architecture
• Production Tracking & Coordination – Become knowledgeable in all aspects and processes of the information that passes from Sales to Production and eventually to the customer. Use this knowledge to look for ways of improvement and become more efficient
• Collaborate closely with all departments to streamline production scheduling.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to track:
◦ Anticipation Dates (Projected vs. Actual).
◦ Overproduction metrics per job.
◦ PNI (Product Not Identified) tracking and reduction.
• Assist in Strategic Planning & Monthly Forecasting
• Assist in implementing new Price levels when needed
• Support large-scale Design-Build projects by providing technical data and scheduling oversight.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Advanced Proficiency in ERP Database (Titan): Deep, well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of the Titan system is essential.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to create reports that identify trends in overproduction and scheduling lags.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to coordinate between all departments, locations and customers.
• Problem Solving: A "process-first" mentality with a focus on eliminating bottlenecks of stack sheet workflows between Sales, Production and Shipping.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• High school, College, certifications or equivalent
• 5 year experience in a construction office environment – preferably in the precast industry
• 5 years experience managing a team of Sales or Production staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to read, write and speak in English language
• Must have a proficient understanding of civil engineering and surveying terms and methods

• General Supervision: This role works under the general direction of the Sales Manager. This role requires a high degree of independence in managing Project Coordinators and acting as the subject matter expert for the ERP Database (Titan). Performance is evaluated based on the achievement of departmental goals, the accuracy of forecasting models, and the effectiveness of production tracking tools
