MCO Health BV (part of the Nestlé group) is a leading player in the field of nutritional supplements and is active in the Netherlands with advisory brands such as Orthica and AOV. MCO is part of the Swiss-based Nestlé Health Science. MCO has set itself the goal of safeguarding optimal human health. We are looking for:

Project Coordination Manager
(40 hours per week)

As Project Coordination Manager you have the following responsibilities:

  • Running feasibility checks to ensure approved projects are aligned with factory setup, capacity and minimum quantities, while identifying and escalating risks;
  • Driving current and planned projects by tracking status to ensure ontime, firsttimeright and compliant launches;
  • Coordinating all required project steps, including master data setup, transportation routes, IMSPB validation and documentation;
  • Ensuring timely and complete delivery of registration and launch documentation in close collaboration with crossfunctional teams;
  • Coordinating and supporting the introduction of new packaging materials and specification changes to minimize inventory writeoffs;
  • Maintaining close liaison with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure issues are followed up and resolved.

AsProject Coordination Manager you report to the Global Operations PMO and you are part of the NHS Global Operations team, based at the Almere factory.

What we are looking for in our Project Coordination Manager;

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain or a similar planningrelated role;
  • Strong understanding of endtoend New Product Introduction processes, including master data, artwork release and BOM setup;
  • Experience in managing multifunctional projects in a complex, international environment;
  • Handson experience with SAP (GLOBE), master data management and planning processes;
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills;
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch or another European language considered an asset.

The job offers more than just a challenge:

  • A full-time position (40 hours per week);
  • The salary for this position ranges between € 4600,- and € 5800,- gross per month based on a full-time contract. The exact salary placement depends on your knowledge and relevant work experience;
