Project Coordination and Customer Success Intern (Based in Hong Kong)



As a Project Coordination and Customer Success Intern, you will assist in managing ongoing projects and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve conducting user training sessions and addressing regular queries from existing clients, providing you with valuable insights into client management and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution Support

  • Assist project managers in the execution of ongoing projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide updates.

Customer Success Activities

  • Engage with existing clients to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Conduct user training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our products.
  • Address regular client queries and provide solutions to enhance user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Problem-solving skills and a technical mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and project management methodologies is a plus
