Customers, Outside Sales, Showroom Sales Consultants, Vendors, and internal ROBINSON teams. Leveraging strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, the Project Coordinator ensures projects move forward smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience from quotation through project completion.
We are looking for someone with experience in the plumbing and/or lighting industry, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
What You Will Do:
• Act as a central point of contact for Outside Sales, Showroom Sales Consultants, Customers, and Vendors, supporting product selection, quotations, sourcing, order management, and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop expertise across ROBINSON product lines and stay informed on industry and design trends to support specification development and consultation activities.
• Deliver professional, responsive, and customer-focused service throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project execution and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and help resolve issues to keep projects on track and aligned with customer expectations.
About You:
• You have experience coordinating customer projects and supporting sales teams within a lighting, plumbing, interior design, or showroom environment.
• You work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• You are detail-oriented, responsive, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You can effectively manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines while identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions.
• You are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• You are comfortable learning and navigating a variety of systems, applications, and technologies.
