The Project Controls Specialist supports project managers and project teams by maintaining project schedules, tracking costs, and organizing project data across engineering, manufacturing, and operational projects. This role focuses on ensuring that project information is accurate, up to date, and clearly communicated to support execution.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for someone early in their career who is interested in project execution, operations, and data-driven decision-making. The position works closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, identify issues, and support coordination across projects.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is based in Oak Ridge, TN and involves a combination of office-based work and regular coordination with project, engineering, and operations teams.
The position requires managing multiple project tracking activities simultaneously and supporting project managers with timely and accurate information. Occasional time in manufacturing or operational environments may be required to support project understanding.
